This is false marketing at it's best. The Rockport chip is not rated at 1.2Ghz. That's an additive rating of it's separate cpu and gpu units. It will NEVER run or be upgradeable to Android 2.1/2.2 etc. The touch screen requires a heavy "finger" and the protective plastic over the screen scratches easily.
Overall, it's outdated right from the box. There's no upgrade potential and uses cheap or inferior materials in it's construction.
